Distribution Supervisor Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.

Distribution Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Work with managers and human resources to drive hiring, promotions, performance reviews and pay increases.
  • Proficient in operating a forklift, stock picker, and computer systems in order to train and fill in for the team as needed.
  • Monitor and approve employee timesheets and PTO requests.
  • Verify daily employee attendance to ensure employees are clocked in and accounted for.
