High-Level Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
• 2+ Years in Austin, Texas - this is non-negotiable
• P&L Experience
• Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
• Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong passion for food and beverage
• Self Driven and having high-level interpersonal skillset
• Problem-Solving Skills

High-Level Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Team member support & development
• Conduct line checks
• Oversee training
• Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
• Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
• Must love people, build regular clientele, and be a part of a team
