Production Control Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production control or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in using production control software and MS Office.

Production Control Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure the availability of essential materials.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high product standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
