Looking for a company accountant that will report to our COO. This position will be active in all areas of a beverage retail business and Restaurant / Distillery with a focus on financial reporting, accounts payable, Inventory, costing and payroll.

 

Accountant Qualifications and Benefits:

·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.

·      Positive attitude and enthusiasm to support growth.

·      2+ years of accounting experience.

·      Previous experience with an ERP system / Oracle product preferred

·      Able to work in a 90-95% in-office environment.

·      Opportunity for growth.

·      PTO / Stable hours -Monday thru Friday – 9am to 5pm position.

Accountant Responsibilities:

·      Support inventory tracking and reporting across multiple locations.

·      Manages the entire Accounts payable /vendor process.

·      Prepares weekly payroll.

·      Manages employee onboarding process/ new hire paperwork.

·      Administrator of our ERP system / keeping up to date with software updates.

·      Maintains database of all major contracts and loan agreements / license renewals, etc.

·      Prepares month end journal entries and financial statements for presentation to leadership team.

·      Prepares and monitors performance against budget and cash flow forecasts.
