Are you an experienced Director of Quality with over 8 years of expertise in CNC machining manufacturing and ISO 9001, possessing strong cross-site, cross-company, and cross-cultural communication and leadership skills? Director of Quality Responsibilities:

- Manage the Operations Quality team while establishing and maintaining operational quality systems, tools, processes, controls, and metrics.

- Develop a quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching employees.

- Ensure quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards and testing materials and products.

- Implement robust in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods and devising testing methods and procedures.

- Oversee an effective and efficient Quality Management System.

- Drive business process definition, documentation, implementation, and institutionalization against measured KPIs and results.

- Lead cross-functional teams in structuring and implementing business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Utilize Quality Systems knowledge and ISO 9001 experience.

- Manage operational metrics, data management, quality metrics, and SPC.

- Demonstrate proficiency in structured problem-solving and leading teams in problem-solving, including 8D, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Provide quality training and exhibit strong leadership skills.

- Exhibit strong cross-site, cross-company, and cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.

- Demonstrate foundational management skills and experience in matrix management organizations, managing through teams and others to achieve results.

Director of Quality Education:

- BS in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Systems, Quality, or Business Process.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing in complex, cross-site environments.

- Minimum of 8 years of matrix management experience with proven leadership abilities.

- Expertise in ISO 9001, Quality systems, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
