General Manager Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Understands excellent service and the culture of hospitality
• Guide a team to execute a high level of service at every position consistently
• Lead by example, be proactive, positive and continue to cultivate our company culture
• Treats members and all team members with respect and professionalism
• Passionate about food, beverage, service, and hospitality
• 8 years, minimum, of fine dining restaurant experience in full-service restaurants, events and/or private clubs, as a General Manager

General Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Interview and hire employees and ensure consistency
• Train the team and oversee entire training program
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all outlets and service/storage areas
• Liaison between all outlets on location
• Act as the primary contact with members
• Develop positive relationships with members and team
