Our Executive Chef Has:

• Must have at least 7 years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 5 years as an Executive Chef - multi-unit oversight is required
• Scratch kitchen leadership experience - event/banquet experience is a plus
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
