Job Summary

Seeking a hospitality professional who is an experienced and capable Beverage Service Manager who will be in charge of planning, organizing, training, and leadership in the bar & beverage department. This Beverage Manager will develop and lead the staff to achieve restaurant objectives. If you are seeking a new opportunity with tons of growth potential, a great work environment, and progressive company culture, we would love to speak to you. BEVERAGE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement beverage operating standards for the service team

• Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis

• Ensure that all beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to The Group’s recipes, portioning, and serving standards

• Purchase and maintain inventories of bar equipment, small ware, beverage, wine, and liquor

• Able to perform all POS functions, including opening and closing procedures, comps, voids and transfers, and back office administration (employee creation, menu management, etc.)

• Promotes and practices safe work habits through training and education of day-to-day staff

• Identifies and resolves potential safety hazards throughout the operation

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times

• Actively build and maintain the reputation of the company in the community, including monitoring Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, Open Table and other online reviews, taking necessary recovery and recognition activity with guests and team members
