As a Safety Technician, you will drive safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety programs and policies in our manufacturing facility. Your main goal is to prevent accidents and injuries by fostering a safety-first culture and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Safety Technician Responsibilities:

• Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety training and onboarding for employees.
• Perform on-site safety assessments and accident investigations.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Develop and implement new safety initiatives and policies.

Safety Technician Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of safety management experience in manufacturing.
• OSHA 500 and/or BCSP Certification required.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
