Restaurant and Wine Bar General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Solid tenure as a GM of an upscale scratch kitchen restaurant and bar (passion for wine highly desirable)
• Strong leadership and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
• High energy and charismatic approach to guest interactions to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Recruit, train and coach team members to successfully uphold established service standards
• Build strong, cohesive teams that embrace a guest-focused mentality
• Drive revenue growth through campaigns to attract new guests and to build loyal repeat clientele through superior execution
• Proven financial aptitude to grow bottom-line profits through planning and accountability.
