We are seeking an experienced, Upscale, Polished Assistant General Manager to support our BRAND NEW Breakfast and Brunch Concept - NO LATE NIGHTS! We are a local, growing, upscale-casual restaurant group with a scratch menu specializing in fantastic food in a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We're seeking a candidate who can communicate effectively and motivate their team while assuring exceptional guest experiences.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • High Volume Breakfast/Brunch experience
  • New Restaurant Experience is a HUGE plus!!!
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with the high-volume, full-service Breakfast and Brunch services

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assists in overseeing and managing all restaurant operations
  • Efficient optimization of profit via cogs and labor
  • Helps build forecasts, write schedules and analyzes restaurant data
  • Fosters a NEIGHBORHOOD environment focused on building regular guests and being involved in the Community
  • Follow best practices and guidelines to meet the standard
  • High level of professionalism, good judgment, and care for your people
  • Nurture an environment that embraces development and integrity
  • Takes personal ownership of the restaurant, equipment, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Must love people and be a part of a team
