Store Manager Qualifications:

• 3 years in a Store Manager position in a luxury environment
• Experience in business development, marketing, or community involvement a PLUS
• Proven leadership/managerial success – delegation, critical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, sales focused, financially responsible
• Proficient in G-suite and Microsoft MS
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, reach, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), climb a ladder/step stool

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of service, foster relationships leading to repeat clientele
• Consistently meet or exceed sales expectations and KPI’s
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards 
• Consistent coaching, training, and development of staff
• Infuse positivity and keep staff motivated through slow seasons
