Job Summary
Seeking an experienced sous chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is focused on the quality and delivery of an excellent product while being skilled at managing a team.

CATERING SOUS CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of total kitchen experience minimum with at least 1yr in a managerial role
- Knowledge of current cooking methods and techniques
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual or Spanish speaking is a plus
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- NYCDOH Certification is preferred but not required
- Some schedule flexibility
CATERING SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage kitchen systems (ordering, scheduling, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills
- Lead, manage, and delegate
- Resolve all guest issues and handle guest requests professionally/
- Be positive and professional in your approach with the culinary team
