Customer Service Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in customer service, in a leadership position
  • Experience in data research and/or customer service center
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Technology savvy – able to work with website/platforms on maintenance, upgrades, and potential redesign 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Customer Service Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee call center staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching
  • Hold staff accountable to meeting KPI’s and high standards of customer service
  • Handle escalation calls
  • Prepare reports on measurables such as KPI’s, output, call response time
  • Continuous improvement, working to improve output and results
