Customer Service Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years in customer service, in a leadership position
- Experience in data research and/or customer service center
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Technology savvy – able to work with website/platforms on maintenance, upgrades, and potential redesign
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Customer Service Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee call center staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching
- Hold staff accountable to meeting KPI’s and high standards of customer service
- Handle escalation calls
- Prepare reports on measurables such as KPI’s, output, call response time
- Continuous improvement, working to improve output and results
