Our client is seeking a Senior Leasing Sales Rep for their brand new, luxury residential property in San Jose. Are you an outgoing, positive, customer service-oriented individual with San Jose property leasing sales expertise? If so, apply today!

 

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

-Hit pre-leasing goals prior to opening, with outside sales expertise

-Speak with prospective customers face to face, on the telephone, or via our live chat service.

-Communicate lease terms and booking procedures to customers.

-Manage communication channels (telephone, live chat & tours) during working hours.

-Manage customer records via CRM system.

-Engage and re-engage with potential customers via CRM system and communication tools. 

-Actively look for ways to improve customer service and leasing experience for potential tenants.

 

Sales Executive Qualifications:

-Excellent communication & customer service skills

-Strong San Jose, CA market knowledge

-2+ fair housing regulations experience, preferred

-2+ years property leasing experience, preferred

-2+ years property management experience, preferred
