Job Summary

Are you a dedicated HR professional with a passion for operational excellence, benefits management, and fostering a positive employee experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our restaurant group as a Director of Human Resources. You'll have the opportunity to shape Human Resource strategies, enhance employee experiences, and support organizational growth.


Director of Human Resources Benefits/Compensation:

Director of Human Resources Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System
  • Design, implement, and administer employee learning development system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, multi state, and local HR and benefits regulations
  • Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives
  • Maintain a budget for HR operations and benefits, identifying cost-saving opportunities

Director of Human Resources Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management and benefits management
  • Strong background in HR compliance and a deep understanding of federal and California regulations related to benefits and HR processes
  • Experience with multi concept restaurants (mandatory) & California operations (preferred)
