What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Starting at a $400,000 base salary, with potential first-year earnings of up to $1 million based on performance.
- Full Partnership Path: Mentorship and a clear 2-year track to full partnership. No upfront buy-in required; this will be included as part of your compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care in both clinic and hospital settings, providing a range of oral and maxillofacial services.
- Foster strong relationships within the local community, working alongside other medical professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Play an active role as an emergency provider at IU Health Lafayette hospital.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification (preferred) in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, or eligibility to become certified within 2 years.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school with an Indiana state license.
- Recent graduates and 4th-year residents are encouraged to apply!
- Certification through the ADEX Exam - CDCA(NERB).
