Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of AGM experience in a fine dining environment
• Working knowledge of POS system
• Restaurant Event experience
• Experience analyzing P&L, Inventory, and Cost Controls
• Strong communication skills, experience running pre-shift meetings
• Expert with all fine dining steps of service
