Hotel Director of Sales - Lincoln, RI

This successful, rapidly growing, "team-first" hospitality group is seeking a Director of Sales for their limited service Property! If you have the experience and ability to actively sell room nights using various methods, analyzes data, forecast, and develop marketing strategies to maximize revenue, we'd like to speak with you today!


Hotel Director of Sales Benefits:

Hotel Director of Sales Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years related experience
  • Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data
  • Computer knowledge including intranet, property management systems, WORD, and EXCEL
  • Marriott Experience Preferred

Hotel Director of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Actively sells room nights using advertising, sales blitzes, direct mail campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Analyzes the strength and weaknesses of all hotels in the comp set and develops marketing strategies
  • Develops and maintains sales and marketing plan and sales budget with the General Manager
  • Forecasts occupancy fluctuations and direct selling activities to maximize revenue
