Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team/s
• Uphold the highest standards in guest experience and service daily
• Assist GM in daily operations and running of the restaurant
• Ability to demonstrate and live the mission and core values in daily interactions

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years as a full-service Restaurant Manager or FOH Manager in a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is ready to move up
• Must have experience working with a sales volume of 2M or higher
• Highly polished and professional with strong leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a diverse space
• Passion for growing with a dynamic and exciting new restaurant concept
