Job Summary

Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a National Practice Leader to drive and oversee their company strategy for their Multi-Family client division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability. 


National Practice Leader - Multi-Family Benefits and Compensation

  • Fully remote position
  • Base salary of $200-240k + commission
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
  • PTO, Vacation

National Practice Leader - Multi-Family Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the business development strategy for the Multi-Family division.
  • Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
  • Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Multi-Family design.
  • Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
  • Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.

National Practice Leader - Multi-Family Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 10+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with the development of Multi-Family design projects
