We are a rapidly growing, Pomona-based deep foundation drilling and shoring contractor, and we need a Concrete Foreman who’s ready to lead! Specializing in high-impact projects across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, we’re looking for someone with the expertise and leadership to take our team to the next level.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Expertise: Proven knowledge in foundation drilling or concrete supervision.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction plans and pile layout near property lines.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A strong bonus for those who know their machines!
• Certifications: OSHA and Hazwoper are preferred.
