FOH Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversees all front of house service staff
• Assures quality customer service, guest recovery, scheduling of FOH staff, and customer communication
• Will take on added responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
• Leads FOH Team, including scheduling, performance feedback, and accountability

FOH Operations Manager Qualifications:

• At Least 2 years of management experience in a full-service casual restaurant
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Must possess adequate customer service and strong management qualities
• Hands-on management style and a history of outstanding customer service standardsServicew
