Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Experience in full-service or fast-casual dining
• 1+ years of Manager experience or Supervisor experience
• Passion for hospitality and building guest relations
• Experience in the kitchen and the FOH is preferred but not required

• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
• Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
• Maintain service and performance standards, leading by example
• Understands and executes action plans to achieve goals
