Our client is a food production facility, and they are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Engineering teams.

Maintenance Manager Benefits:

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee department of Maintenance Supervisors, Mechanics and Controls Engineers.
• Leader in a team effort for the overall operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facilities systems, including HVAC equipment, wastewater, boilers, refrigeration, fire systems, compressed air equipment, vacuum/pump systems, and high voltage switchgear, while directing the maintenance of the interior facilities as well as the exterior grounds and landscaping.  
• Responsible for labor management and department budget
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure optimal production operations
• Ensure GMP and HAACP guidelines are followed.
• Drive CPI initiatives to improve safety and process efficiency.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• BS in Engineering is preferred
• 8+ years of food production maintenance experience
• 5+ years of supervisor experience
• Food and/or Aseptic processing experience
