Job Summary

We are looking for a Restaurant Facilities Technician to problem-solve and maintain quality facilities.

Facilities Technician Requirements

  • 1+ year of technical experience with commercial HVAC and cooking equipment required
  • 1+ year experience in other repair types (minor plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to handle emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends


Facilities Technician Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, Ice Machines, and HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen and cooking equipment
  • Consult with manufacturers, Parts Department, and the Operations Department when needed
  • Provide service to all customers in your area by demonstrating your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
  • communicate with manufacturers as needed, to help with diagnoses and parts identification
  • Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory
  • Maintain PM schedules and records for all units
