Senior Engineering Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $135,000 to $165,000

Senior Engineering Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects by utilizing your expertise and experience, ensuring successful execution
  • Oversee the ECR/ECN process for all product and process changes
  • Establish and maintain standards for 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and installation manuals
  • Create and manage project proposals, including scope, pricing, and schedules
  • Drive product and process improvement initiatives to shape the product development roadmap
  • Hire and manage direct and contract labor to achieve project goals
  • Ensure high-quality work, occasionally contributing hands-on with the team

Senior Engineering Manager Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred; other engineering degrees considered
  • Over 5 years of experience in team management and at least 2 years in project management
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities to align team members with goals and timelines
  • Expertise in 2D/3D CAD, including setting standards for design and engineering documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
