DevOps Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements:  

• Experience implementing DevSecOps, DevOps, or IT or Security automation, supporting multiple teams
• Knowledge of and ability to implement DevSecOps using private and commercial cloud best practices
• Strong experience with the Linux OS
• Experience with private and hybrid cloud design/operation/monitoring/deployment: VMware vCenter and ESXi
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and general containerization development, security, deployment and management practices
• Knowledge of or ability to learn VMware Orchestrator to automate deployment and destruction of virtual machine, network, and other virtualized assets in VMware environments
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Amazon Web Services
• Support documentation of DevSecOps and related technologies, including the creation of system and process diagrams
• Professionally convey system-wide performance information routinely via tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science, systems or software engineering from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Requires U.S. Citizenship status with the ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance
