Job Summary
Director of Development and Facilities, where you will lead the design, buildout, and maintenance of company locations, including franchise sites. Your role will involve strategic planning, overseeing construction projects, and managing a dedicated team to ensure operational excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of new and existing company locations, including franchise sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize development opportunities and improve workflow.
- Manage and mentor a team, including Construction Project Managers, Development Coordinators, and Facilities Managers.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Drive successful ERP implementation and change management initiatives.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational and facility services.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in facilities and construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to support company growth initiatives.
