We are seeking an experienced, Austin-based Upscale Restaurant Manager to join our team! As a local, growing upscale-casual restaurant group with three unique concepts, we pride ourselves on offering a locally crafted scratch menu, featuring exceptional food in a neighborhood atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate who can build strong relationships with our loyal regular guests and provide outstanding support to our team.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
- 2+ years in Austin, Texas (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a fun and engaging environment
- Proven ability to develop and support team members
- Strong passion for food and beverage
- Self-driven with a desire for continuous learning and growth, with the ambition to become a GM
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Provide ongoing support and development for team members.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular line checks to maintain high standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and analyze end-of-shift and daily financial reports.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to best practices and guidelines.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Culture and Integrity: Foster an environment that reflects our core values and culture.
- Clientele Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, actively engaging with the community.
