We are seeking an experienced, Austin-based Upscale Restaurant Manager to join our team! As a local, growing upscale-casual restaurant group with three unique concepts, we pride ourselves on offering a locally crafted scratch menu, featuring exceptional food in a neighborhood atmosphere. We're looking for a candidate who can build strong relationships with our loyal regular guests and provide outstanding support to our team.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
  • 2+ years in Austin, Texas (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead a fun and engaging environment
  • Proven ability to develop and support team members
  • Strong passion for food and beverage
  • Self-driven with a desire for continuous learning and growth, with the ambition to become a GM
  • Excellent problem-solving skills


Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Provide ongoing support and development for team members.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular line checks to maintain high standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and analyze end-of-shift and daily financial reports.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to best practices and guidelines.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Culture and Integrity: Foster an environment that reflects our core values and culture.
  • Clientele Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, actively engaging with the community.
