Sr.Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical activity and completion of the assigned task on time and within budget
• Design, develop, analyze, document, and support testing of products, systems or subsystems 
• May use computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software in the performance of assignments 
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and meeting technical requirements
• Review customer specifications and requirements, and develops designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable
• Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
• Specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services

Sr. Software Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field or equivalent relevant experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (i.e. C/C++, Java, Python and/or C#)
• Understanding of OOA/OOD Software Solutions
• Familiar with multi-threaded and IP socket programming techniques 
• Practical Knowledge of UML design tools
• Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse, or NetBeans IDEs
• US Citizen and ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
• Experience or working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Dashboard
• DOORS experience strongly preferred**
