Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Leisure and Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our extended stay boutique property. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, enhancing guest experiences, and expanding our market presence. This is an hybrid position based in Nashville.

Leisure and Corporate Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry, preferably with boutique or extended stay hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Leisure and Corporate Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and ensure high performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
