Job Summary

We are searching for a Sous Chef who will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the kitchen. We are committed to a positive and inclusive company culture and impeccable guest service with scratch cooking.

Sous Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Scratch cooking experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant setting
  • Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
  • Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure and maintain professionalism
