Restaurant Manager Qualifications: 

• 2+ years in restaurant leadership with a background in upscale dining
• Thrives in fast-paced, high volume environments
• Experience with inventory management
• Strong wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge 
• Catering or event experience a plus

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities: 

• Continuous training, mentoring, and development of staff
• Control cost/waste, maintain brand standards, and drive profitability  
• Hold staff accountable to the highest level of customer service 
• Work late nights, weekends,holidays as needed
