Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to schedules and procedures
• Train and mentor kitchen team members on proper cooking techniques and procedures
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and control costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team
• Maintain a positive working environment and foster teamwork among kitchen staff
