We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to lead our team to new heights. As the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will drive the success and growth of our franchise operations across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent leadership skills.

Regional Vice President of Operations Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in fast casual operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role
  • Lead, mentor, and develop district and store managers
  • Ensure all locations maintain high levels of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Experienced in the Detroit Metro Market preferred
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and execute regional operational strategies
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
