Director of Culinary Qualifications/Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a Culinary Director, Executive Chef, or similar role in the hotel, restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, international cuisines, and food safety regulations.

• Fundamental knowledge of the financials, P&L reports, forecasting, etc.

• Accredited culinary degree is a plus

• Up-to-date on culinary trends, industry developments and new techniques

• Focus on innovative cooking methods, plating and sustainable ingredients

• Collaborate with marketing to develop and promote culinary initiatives

• Lead, guide and mentor the culinary team
