Job Summary
We are looking for a strong, creative, culinary leader! We are a true farm-to-table concept that needs a chef who is passionate about local ingredients, simple Southern preparations, and exquisite dining experiences.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef in an all-scratch, farm-to-fork concept
- Expert knowledge of Appalachian or Southern Cuisine
- Expert knowledge of local foods and the bounty of Tennessee
- Strong tech skills and financial acumen
- Proven leadership experience in a busy upscale/fine dining concept
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage, and motivate the culinary team
- Source and procure products for service with an eye for quality, value, and a preference for local
- Create specials and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with the GM and leadership team on menu offerings, prices, portions, and service SOPs
- Other duties as assigned
