Job Summary
As a Hotel Business Travel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales strategies and ensure guest satisfaction.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel.
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
