Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Exceed guest expectations and create amazing experiences
• Manage, lead, support, and develop your team
• Scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties
• Control labor and other operating costs

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of restaurant leadership experience in a similar field
• Hospitality mindset and passion for creating amazing guest experiences
• Background in upscale-casual, full-service service operations
• A desire for professional growth and advancement
