You'll be a great fit if:

• You have been working in the industry for at least 2+ years, and have experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant brands
• You have knowledge of wine and premium liquor, bar service, and steps of service.
• You have an understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• You have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• You love being a team player with the ability to take direction
• You're well-versed in Computer Technology
