Job Summary
We are a leader in our industry looking for a great Chef de Cuisine. This person should have a passion for not only the culinary side of the business but also love managing people too. We are a farm-to-table brand and looking for someone who shares our passion.
Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in a scratch kitchen
- Management of food quality standards
- Review P&Ls and ensure food and labor costs are in line with budgets
- Train and develop team members and managers
- Manage the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
- Culinary school graduate preferred
- Volume experience of $5M+
- Positive attitude and the ability to lead a large team
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Open availability
