Restaurant Manager Upscale Dining Job Responsibilities:

• Front of House and Back of House shifts
• Deliver outstanding guest experience to through highly trained and supported team members
• Create a people-focused culture
• Daily coaching and supervising hourly team, ensuring standards at met
• Drive Sales Growth through outstanding service, consistent operational excellence, and outstanding training

Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:

• 4+ years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager
• Polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred
• Must be open to working shifts in FOH and BOH
• Servant-Leadership Style and Passion for Hospitality
• Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
