Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Proven experience in team support and delivering client-focused service.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience. Series 65 or 7/66 required.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Possess a drive, grit, and entrepreneurial attitude to help expand our company’s success.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Wealth Management Support: Assist the advisory team in managing the full lifecycle of wealth management.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee onboarding requirements for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Client Requests: Handle all client requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate with the COO and leadership on various special projects.
