Job Summary

Job Summary: The Account Executive - Waste Management Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting waste management solutions to clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the waste management industry.

Account Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the waste management sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste management solutions and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
