Job Summary
Job Summary: The Account Executive - Waste Management Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting waste management solutions to clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the waste management industry.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the waste management sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Account Executive Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of waste management solutions and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
