Executive Pastry Chef Qualifications + Responsibilities:

• 4–5 years of experience in high-volume upscale catering or banquet venues
• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Proficient in adjusting recipes for high-volume events
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
• Skilled in training and instructing team members on preparation, techniques, and creation
• Highly motivated to achieve success
