Business Development Specialist
We are a leading residential, commercial and environmental engineering firm seeking a highly motivated, positive and outgoing Business Development Specialist. This position centers on cultivating opportunities in the commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. As a key facilitator in opening doors, identifying prospects, and closing deals, you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, forecasting sales targets, and driving our business expansion forward.
Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the Colorado construction and architecture industry
• Work closely with internal management to strategize on marketing plan and sales goals
• Document and track prospective and current business via CRM software
• Collaborate on collateral and marketing initiatives
• "Own" the sales efforts of our organization, from cold-calling to crating continuous and repeat business opportunities
Business Development Specialist Experience and Skills:
• 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in construction/construction trades
• Experience and understanding of current construction landscape
• Demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and effective sales pipeline management.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and maintaining a high-producing pool of clients and prospects
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
