Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Director to complement their team at a large hotel and meeting venue near Washington DC.

Marketing and Sales Director Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $140-$150k

Marketing and Sales Director Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline preferred
• At least five years of marketing and sales experience in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to conduct sales presentations and close deals

Marketing and Sales Director Responsibilities:

• Develop a sales and marketing strategic plan
• Collaborate to create annual marketing and sales budgets
• Continue to provide strategic insight into growth objectives and maximize revenue
• Build a team of high-performing sales and marketing professionals
• Monitor KPIs to achieve targets and provide coaching and feedback to team members
