Local Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
• 2+ Years in Austin, Texas - this is non-negotiable
• Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
• Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop team
• Strong passion for food and beverage
• Self Driven - power and desire to keep learning & growing and want to be a GM
• Problem-Solving Skills

Local Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Team member support
• Conduct line checks
• Prepare end-of-shift and day financials
• Follow best practices. and guild lines to meet the standard
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring great guest experiences
• Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports culture and integrity
• Must love people, build regular clientele, and be a part of a team
