Job Summary
We seek a Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in developing at least one million square feet of commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will act as the Owner's Representative for the development.

DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural design, civil or mechanical engineering, construction, or related field(s).
- Should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing capital construction and major renovation projects for a complex organization.
- Requirement for at least five years of experience managing facility operations for a facility spanning one million square feet, with a focus on ongoing maintenance.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial project design, construction, and development, including mechanical, engineering, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Thorough understanding of planning, promoting, procuring, directing, and coordinating construction management operations for a large 450,000-square-foot combined property.
DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide guidance and oversight for the design and construction team.
- Coordinate and supervise project management for all construction, renovation, and systems upgrade projects and landscaping operations for new and existing facilities.
- Prepare rough layouts, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for all proposed modification and construction projects.
- Assist the GM/COO and CFO in preparing contract terms and statements of work for capital improvement and construction projects and negotiate changes to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, TEDA Board, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance programs for facility and mechanical systems.
- Comply with all laws, codes, policies, and safety procedures, including TGA and Fire Marshall rules.
- Experience in conventions, meetings, exhibitions, concerts, and small space events.
